Replace filters

Regular filter replacement is essential for maintaining water quality, protecting your system and ensuring consistent performance. Complete Home Filtration systems are designed to run efficiently with minimal maintenance, with filter changes typically being the only routine task required.

Most systems require filter replacement every 6–12 months, depending on water quality and household usage. Each customer receives a replacement schedule tailored to their system configuration. For a hassle-free option, customers can also choose our filter replacement subscription service, which ensures the right filters are delivered automatically when they’re due.

We’ll still send reminders along the way, and if you’d prefer a technician to handle the replacement or need help at any stage, our team is always available to assist.

Register a change of ownership


If you’ve recently moved into a home with a Complete Home Filtration system installed, you’ll need to register as the new owner so we can update our records, send you the correct owner’s manual and redirect maintenance reminders to you.

Please complete the form below or email [email protected] with your contact details and proof of address (a utility bill in your name is sufficient).

Until we confirm when the filters were last replaced, please set the system to bypass mode by turning all three levers under the cover to the horizontal position to avoid using exhausted filters.
