Standard warranty coverage

The Complete Home Filtration warranty provides coverage for all key system components.

  • Whole home systems are generally covered for 2 years.

  • Under-sink reverse osmosis systems are generally covered for 1 year.

Cartridges and filter media are considered consumable components and are typically covered for 12 months, although premature blockage due to mains water quality or sediment load is considered normal consumable wear and not a warranty fault. These must be replaced regularly to maintain system performance and warranty eligibility.

Requirements to maintain warranty coverage

To ensure your warranty remains valid, a few essential conditions must be met.

  • Installation must be completed by a licensed plumber in accordance with Complete Home Filtration specifications and local regulations.

  • Filters must be replaced on the recommended schedule using genuine Complete Home Filtration cartridges.

  • The system must not be modified, altered or repaired without approval.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in partial or full voiding of warranty coverage.

What is not covered

Warranty coverage does not extend to:

  • Issues caused by incoming water conditions outside the system’s design parameters.

  • Normal wear and tear over time.

  • Consumable items once their coverage period has expired.

  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation, missed servicing, unauthorised repairs or third-party components.

  • Performance expectations beyond the system’s intended operating limits

This ensures the warranty remains fair, clear and aligned with how the system is designed to operate.
