Where the vision began

Founder Suzanne Dodds began working in water solutions in 2007 with Call-a-Cooler, a national water cooler and dispenser business. Through years of first-hand experience, one thing became clear: many Australian households were looking for a more complete solution.

Existing solutions were incomplete and not built for Australian water profiles.

Determined to do it properly, Suzanne set out to develop a whole home filtration system engineered specifically for Australian conditions, designed to reduce chlorine, sediment and other common impurities at the mains entry point of the home.

Complete Home Filtration was born from that commitment to doing it better.

From a garage startup to a national leader

Founded in March 2018 in a Perth garage, Complete Home Filtration has grown rapidly through word of mouth, customer trust and consistent performance.

Today, hundreds of systems are installed every week across WA, NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and SA. A national network of licensed local plumbers ensures every installation meets Australian standards while maintaining local accountability.
